There is one thing everyone wants from their diet weight loss, but not fast.


Well, if I tell you that there is a way to do this?

Now, I've tried my share of diets, some work, some don't work.
It is worth noting that some diets are just not cut for everybody as we are all different people, different metabolism, blood type and so on.

However, I can say that this diet is one that can help you lose 10 pounds in one week. And most importantly, you do not need to starve in order to get the desired results.

Let's start with Breakfast, which is the most important meal of the day.

Before you start to think about Breakfast, I recommend squeeze one fresh lemon in a glass of cold water. Drink it on an empty stomach, to purify and cleanse the body of toxins and start the metabolism.

Now, half an hour after you drank a glass of water, it's time to think about Breakfast.

What you want is the fruit. Now, anyone who tells you can eat fruits throughout the day, not being honest with you.

The truth is that the best time to eat fruit is in the morning when the sugar from fruit is distributed nicely through our body.

You can take two oranges, two apples, a large grapefruit, two pears, or something like that. Add some nuts, almonds or nuts for Breakfast.

Thus, you get the sugar to give you energy during the day, but also proteins and healthy nutrients that will satisfy your need for hunger.

For your lunch you can get a piece of meat, whether cooked beef or cooked chicken.

The trick is to avoid bread during your lunch and get two cups of sour milk or yogurt with your lunch.

Limit headset and avoid creamy salads during lunch. You can get some vegetables as a side dish for your meat.

A few hours after your lunch it's time to eat. But instead to collect all the chips and chocolate to your snacks, make a salad of fresh seasons, add just a pinch of salt and a little olive oil and you're set.

Dinner - the last meal. Important notice here is that you want to eat your dinner before 18:00.

The dinner menu two hard-boiled eggs, green salad or cucumber salad with olive oil.

Now the hard part - how to survive after 18:00 until you go to sleep. This is where your determination comes into place.

However, since your menu to 6 PM consists of proteins and healthy nutrients, you should be fine.

Prepare green tea, one liter of water with 4 bags of green tea and drink it before bedtime. Now you don't want to drink the whole liter before bedtime. Instead, dispense your tea between 18:00 and your sleep.

How long will you stick to the diet weight loss, it's your choice.

However, I should note that it is recommended to practice the diet for 10 days.

One week is perfect, and you should lose approximately 10 pounds during this time period.
